  • To book an event, first reach out to one of our team members to confirm the availability of your desired date. Once the date is confirmed, you will need to visit our website to select and purchase the package that suits your needs. Please note that the date is not secured until the package has been purchased. If you add any additional services (such as a balloon arch, custom treats, or security), an invoice for those services will be sent to your email for payment. Payment must be made to secure these services. After all payments have been completed, you will receive a contract to sign, which must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Although additional services, such as a balloon arch, custom treats, or security, are listed at $0.00, they must still be added to your cart during the booking process. This allows our team to see your selections in the system. Once submitted, a team member will reach out to confirm the details, and an invoice will be sent to your email for payment. Payments must be completed to secure these services.

  • Security is mandatory for any event where alcohol will be present. If alcohol is found on the premises without prearranged security services, you will forfeit your deposit. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and success of your event.

  • A $100 cleaning deposit is required for all events. This deposit will be fully refunded if the property is returned in the same condition as it was received. This ensures that all events maintain a clean and welcoming environment for future use.

  • The signed contract must be returned within 7 days of receiving it to finalize your booking. Failure to return the contract in the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

  • Yes, changes can be made, but they are subject to availability. If you wish to add additional services after purchasing a package, please contact a team member. An updated invoice will be sent to your email for payment. Additional services are not confirmed until payment has been received.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability for your desired date. Please contact our team to check availability and secure your event with a package purchase.
